Century Properties Group Inc. expects to raise over P8 billion in sales from its latest project Century Spire, a 60-story residential tower located in Makati.

The real estate developer has partnered with globally renowed fashion designer Armani group to design its luxurious residential project which is set for completion in 2018.

“We wanted to work with a brand that could bring an eminent degree of sophistication to this singular building. Armani/Casa (Interior Design Studio) fits the bill perfectly,” said Jose E.B. Antonio, company chairman and chief executive officer.

Century Spire, designed by award-winning architectural firm Studio Daniel Libeskind, will showcase residential units with amenities namely the lobby, library, pool area and relaxation areas.

“I am very pleased to be partnering Armani/Casa with Century Properties, and believe that the combination of Daniel Libeskind’s vision and my own will result in a truly remarkable place to live, full of elegance and wonder,”said Giorgio Armani, president and CEO of the Armani group.

Armani/Casa is present in 40 countries worldwide, with a total of 53 outlets, comprising 31 mono brand stores and 22 shops-in-shops.

Its most recent projects include Macka Residences in Istanbul, Turkey and The World Towers in Mumbai, India.

Century Properties’ residential development projects, meanwhile, include Essensa East Forbes in Bonifacio Global City; the Trump Tower, Gramercy Residences, The Milano Residences and Knightsbridge Residences in its masterplanned Makati development, Century City; and the Acqua Private Residences in Mandaluyong City.
