Century Properties unveiled another high-profile design collaboration with iconic fashion designer Giorgio Armani for its latest residential project in Makati.

In a statement, Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio will be tasked to furnish of the luxury residential units, common areas and amenities at Century Spire.

The 60-storey residential tower is schedule to open by end-2018 and is expected to generate P8 billion in revenues.

“If the architect’s aim is to create remarkable spaces, then it is my aim to bring these to life through my interior-design aesthetic,” said Giorgio Armani, president and chief executive of the Armani Group.

“I am very pleased to be partnering Armani/Casa with Century Properties, and believe that the combination of Daniel Libeskind’s vision and my own will result in a truly remarkable place to live, full of elegance and wonder,” Armani added.

The Century Spire is designed by Studio Daniel Libeskind, the award-winning architectural firm behind the rebuilding of New York’s Ground Zero.

Armani joins Century’s portfolio of renowned brand partners that include hotel heiress Paris Hilton, real estate mogul Donald Trump, Versace, Italian brand MissoniHome and the Forbes media group.
